"Mothers Day weekend 2008 during a torrential rain storm at 11:30 pm my sump pump motor blew out.  I called Frugal Rooter crying because my basement was 2 inches deep in water.  They were very friendly and explained that they had had multiple calls with the same issue but they would get to me as soon as possible.  Within the hour a plumber was at my door new pump in hand.  Within a half hour the water was receding.  The employees at Frugal Rooter were very knowledge and helpful to a panic stricken home owner.  Since that time I used Frugal Rooter to repair a garbage disposal issue and yard drainage.  I would not hesitate to call or refer them to anyone.  Thanks again for being my Plumberologist!!!"
